Darla Sees previously worked for large and small businesses as a generalist. She now provides the service of HR assessment and offers consultations to entrepreneurs. The key to succeeding as a new business, according to Darla, is to go through the procedures of assessing salaries and employees. Sees work is currently focused on the new H law which went into effect 12/01/16. This law requires salary earning employees who do not make $47476 annually to either receive a raise or change of position. Supplies: 1 Large Foam Pumpkin Orange Rope Clear Glass Gem Filler Knife Glue Gun Instructions: Mark the top of the pumpkin using the vase. Cut into the pumpkin and remove some of the filling. Cut as deep as you think you want your vase to fit into the pumpkin. Wrap the rope around the vase about a third of the way up, glue gun into please. Fill the vase half the way up with the gem filler. Place silverware in the vase and enjoy.
