2. Our services

T-Werx Coworking, operated by T-Werx, LLC, provides coworking access, private offices, dedicated and hot desks, day passes, meeting and conference rooms, virtual mailbox and virtual office services, and member workshops, at 1320 Arrow Point Drive, Suite 501, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Specific pricing, availability, and terms are provided when you sign up and may be governed by a separate membership or license agreement.

3. Tours and bookings

You can request a tour or book time through our website. We do our best to honor all bookings and will contact you if a time needs to change.

4. Memberships, fees, and billing

Fees are as published or as set out in your membership agreement. Recurring memberships are billed through our payment providers on the schedule described at signup. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Cancellation and change terms are described in your membership agreement.

5. Virtual mailbox and business address

Virtual mailbox and virtual office services require a completed USPS Form 1583 and valid identification. The business address is provided for mail, correspondence, website, business cards, and LLC or mailing use. It is not authorized for use as a Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing for virtual mail, virtual office, or any tier below a dedicated desk. Your use of the address must comply with United States Postal Service rules, commercial mail receiving agency rules, and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use our premises, network, and services lawfully and respectfully, and not to disrupt the space, other members, or our systems. Community and building rules apply while you are onsite.

7. Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to the mobile messaging terms described in our Privacy Policy, including that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to T-Werx and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Third-party services
