Easy Ham & Asparagus Recipe

Crystal Kikel

Ingrediencies:

  • 4 Deli Slice Ham Thickly Sliced (I have them cut the ham on a 5 and an 8 for my husband)
  • 1 Bunch of Thin Asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp to 1 Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt*
  • ½ tsp Ground Pepper
  • ½ tsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Olive Oil

Cut the ends of the asparagus. In a large skillet, add the olive oil, butter and asparagus and season with herbal salt and pepper. Cook on medium high heat until the asparagus is tender. Remove the skillet and set it aside.

Add the ham steaks over medium high heat just too warm on both sides.

Add the asparagus evenly over the ham and divide the parmesan cheese evenly over the asparagus. Place a lid over the skillet and remove from the heat, let the cheese melt a little. Serve immediately.

*You can purchase the Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt on Amazon or World Market
