Five Millennial Changes to the World...
  1. Work to Live, not Live to Work: Your generation realizes that we all need to work to make a living, however you also believe that there is life outside of work. This also means that you value the ability to work remotely and outside of the traditional 9 to 5 mindset.
  2. Business must have meaning: You are forcing businesses to take on more social responsibility. You don’t do business with companies that do not have a social conscious.
  3. Ownership of “Things” is not as important: This belief has caused the rise of businesses like Uber and Lyft. Amazon and Ebay have increase exponentially on your watch.
  4. Freelancing has expanded: You want the flexibility of work schedules and do not see the wisdom of always having the “Safe Job”. Growing up in a period of both job and economic upheaval, you saw your parents and older siblings struggle.
  5. Social Media has become your only media: For those of us that grew up in the “TV Generation”, getting news only from a handheld device seems to be foreign. However because of you, the world is changing and we are all using our Smart Phones as a source of information and productivity.

Supplies: 1 Large Foam Pumpkin Orange Rope Clear Glass Gem Filler Knife Glue Gun Instructions: Mark the top of the pumpkin using the vase. Cut into the pumpkin and remove some of the filling. Cut as deep as you think you want your vase to fit into the pumpkin. Wrap the rope around the vase about a third of the way up, glue gun into please. Fill the vase half the way up with the gem filler. Place silverware in the vase and enjoy.
