Tammy McKinney began her journey by pushing boundaries as a young female in the Chemical Industry. When Tammy started her Wellness and Fitness company almost 14 years ago, she started it with the intent of making positive changes within her life. Tying together her philosophies for wellness with her knowledge in running a business she discovered her keys to unlocking her best life through helping others. Today Tammy is striving to bring those keys for personal success to business owners and professionals alike. Her goals for the next year is to expand her program onto an online platform to get her message out globally.

Supplies: 1 Large Foam Pumpkin Orange Rope Clear Glass Gem Filler Knife Glue Gun Instructions: Mark the top of the pumpkin using the vase. Cut into the pumpkin and remove some of the filling. Cut as deep as you think you want your vase to fit into the pumpkin. Wrap the rope around the vase about a third of the way up, glue gun into please. Fill the vase half the way up with the gem filler. Place silverware in the vase and enjoy.
